💼 About This Role

You'll own group accounting execution, consolidation, and IFRS reporting across all entities, partnering closely with the Head of Finance. You'll drive IPO-readiness and internal control frameworks while leading a cross-border team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end group close and consolidated IFRS reporting
• Manage statutory accounting, tax compliance, and audit for global entities
• Drive IPO-readiness transformation and internal control framework
• Lead and coach accounting team across Vietnam and Singapore

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience with 3+ years as Accounting Manager
• Multi-entity, cross-border accounting experience
• Big 4 background or in-house MNC Accounting Manager experience
• IFRS and Vietnamese Accounting Standards proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• ACCA, CPA Vietnam, or CPA Australia qualification
• ERP and NetSuite experience
• People management of 3+ direct reports
