You'll apply data-driven methodologies to understand and optimize trading technology and real-time interactions with financial markets. You'll analyze network captures and exchange protocols to reduce latency and improve fill rates. No prior finance experience is needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Analyze time series network and exchange protocol captures
  • Research exchange features, capabilities, and architecture
  • Automate collection and visualization of latency metrics
  • Formulate and conduct controlled experiments on trading infrastructure

📋 Requirements

  • Degree in Data Analytics or related field
  • Professional experience in latency reduction, preferably in finance
  • Proficiency in Python and data libraries (Pandas, Numpy/Scipy)
  • Basic understanding of TCP and UDP network protocols

  • Experience with real time exchange market data and order entry
