💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution of AI-accelerated test automation for a leading software company. You'll build and run platforms and CI quality gates that keep releases reliable at high velocity. This role is unique in its AI-native approach to quality engineering, integrating generative AI into test creation and maintenance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and build scalable test automation frameworks and standards
• Lead adoption of LLM-powered test generation and self-healing infrastructure
• Own CI automation health, pipelines, and quality gates
• Build behavioral testing frameworks for AI agents and LLM features

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering with emphasis on test automation
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#
• Experience with CI/CD and test reporting (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Proven ability to apply AI/LLM tools to scale automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Playwright or Cypress for UI automation
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience building AI-enabled automation workflows with Claude or OpenAI APIs
