Description

You will support internal and external customers with technical issues related to safety and security technology, including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems. You will troubleshoot tier 3 tickets, configure systems for new sites, document processes, and mentor a team of administrators. This role is critical to maintaining the safety of over 20,000 associates across 200+ locations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of experience in technical/physical security technology support
• Intermediate skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and network services
• Advanced experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Monitoring systems
• Experience with Slack, Confluence, Cisco Meraki, and Jira preferred

Responsibilities

• Review tier 3 Help Desk tickets and diagnose technical problems
• Configure and program CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems for new sites
• Document process standards, naming conventions, and equipment information
• Identify themes in ticket data to improve processes
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Technology Administrators
