You'll drive full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles, from AI Research to Sales. You'll partner with founders to shape hiring strategy and build scalable processes in a high-growth AI health startup. This role offers significant ownership as you help scale a venture-backed company from 0 to 1.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across all functions including AI Research and Engineering
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and refine talent bar
• Optimize recruiting processes and Ashby ATS workflows
• Develop creative sourcing campaigns and employer branding initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
• Technical literacy to screen engineering and AI talent
• Business versatility hiring for Sales, Marketing, or Operations roles
• Proven AI track record hiring AI Researchers or ML engineers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, or AI-driven startups
• Experience with Ashby ATS
• Based in NYC, Boston, or Los Angeles
