🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive execution across multiple concurrent hardware product development programs
• Coordinate closely with engineering leads to track design progress and testing cycles
• Manage dependencies between engineering design and manufacturing/supplier timelines
• Track program performance metrics and build dashboards for visibility

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of program management or operations experience in hardware, medtech, or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of hardware development cycles and supply chain operations
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines and drive accountability
• Comfortable with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Notion

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to regulatory environments such as ISO 13485, FDA, or MDR
• Experience in supply chain coordination or NPI
