Description

You will manage key client relationships for our Pharmacy Benefit Management team, ensuring delivery of high-quality pharmacy benefits and driving client satisfaction. You'll serve as the primary contact for operational inquiries, lead client meetings and business reviews, and partner with the implementation team for seamless transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-8 years in pharmacy operations
• Solid client management and consultative skills
• Pharmacy benefit knowledge
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools

Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship with assigned PBM clients, including touchbases, contract deliverables, and escalations
• Maintain regular contact with clients and internal account team regarding pharmacy operations
• Lead and facilitate all client meetings, including quarterly and annual business reviews
• Partner with Implementation Team for seamless client transition post-launch
• Gather client requirements for annual open enrollment process
