Description

We are looking for experienced paintless dent repair technicians to join Carvana's team. You will perform advanced dent repairs using glue-pulling and other techniques on steel and aluminum panels in a high-tech inspection center. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair using advanced glue-pulling techniques
• Repair hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum panels
• Work in a fast-paced, high-tech inspection center
• Mandatory overtime as needed to meet customer delivery commitments
