💼 About This Role

You'll support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms and corporates in a fast-paced US deal environment. You'll analyze financial statements, identify key trends and risks, and prepare client-ready deliverables. This role offers direct work with US deal teams and high visibility with senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute QofE, revenue/EBITDA analysis, working capital and cash flow reviews
• Prepare data books, analytical schedules, QoE bridges, and executive summaries
• Assist in synergy assessments, carveout analyses, and integration support
• Collaborate with US engagement teams and participate in client discussions

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory / Deals
• Willing to relocate to or be primarily present in Gurgaon
• Experience with private equity clients or US/global transactions
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel analytics

• Exposure to sectors like SaaS, healthcare, consumer, industrials, or financial services
• CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) qualification
• Entrepreneurial attitude and comfort with ambiguity
