As a Visual Lead at ALO, you will execute visual merchandising strategies to optimize sales and profitability, working closely with the Visual Manager to manage floor sets, product presentation, and operational functions like shipment and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Execute key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and supply management
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising through recovery, restock, destock, and visual changes per directive
• Plan visual floor changes with management team via payroll management and adapting zone/visual support to business needs
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to meeting company expectations, budgets, and timelines
