You'll support enterprise customers using Coupa's cloud-based spend management platform, troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert guidance. You'll collaborate with global teams to ensure customer success and contribute to a knowledge base. This role offers global impact and pioneering technology exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer technical and configuration questions for enterprise customers
• Troubleshoot 1st and 2nd level technical issues
• Collaborate with Integration, Operations, and Customer Success teams
• Build knowledge articles for Coupa's knowledge base

📋 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge including Linux and Unix
• Interest in learning scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Python, SQL)
• Experience working with external customers in a support environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with web technologies (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML)
• Experience in enterprise software support
