🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage proposal workload allocation and resource assignments
• Lead development of proposal standards, templates, and best practices
• Conduct quality reviews of proposals and compliance efforts
• Develop and deliver proposal training programs

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Demonstrated leadership in process improvement and change adoption

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with InDesign and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with CRM/database software
• Proposal management in AEC industry
