In this role, you will partner with Account Executives and clients to provide exceptional support throughout the sales operations process, building long-term relationships and driving operational excellence. You will handle quoting, order processing, contract negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in client-facing account management or sales support
- Background in technology, IT solutions, or channel distribution preferred
- Proven success managing multiple accounts with strategic focus
- Skilled in quoting tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts and executive sponsors
- Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives
- Generate timely, accurate quotes and ensure smooth order processing
- Oversee customer account management and contract negotiations
- Coordinate with internal/external teams for stocking needs and delivery schedules
