💼 About This Role

You'll own marketing funnels for performance marketing and SEO, driving experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion, activation, CAC, and ROAS. This role offers high autonomy and direct impact on a rapidly growing EdTech business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage marketing funnels for performance marketing and SEO.
• Generate and prioritize hypotheses to improve key metrics.
• Run end-to-end experiments including A/B tests.
• Build personalized funnels for different audiences and traffic sources.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Growth, Product, Product Marketing, or CRO.
• Experience in running experiments and A/B testing.
• Understanding of UX and user research methods.
• Strong analytical skills and data proficiency.

• Experience with performance marketing (Meta, TikTok).
