You'll lead risk policy development and build a monitoring suite for Koalafi's new non-prime installment loan product. This role drives cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure a controlled rollout.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and iterate credit, fraud, and KYC policies
• Design and implement risk monitoring dashboards
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for product launch decisions
• Partner with engineering to embed risk requirements in workflows

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 5+ years in analyst, data science, or consulting role
• 3+ years in credit risk analytics
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python

• Experience in consumer financing (credit cards, loans, BNPL)
• Experience with regulatory compliance (KYC/AML)
