Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient property operations and resident satisfaction. Your role involves hiring, training, and developing team members, resolving maintenance issues (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair), managing apartment turnovers, and maintaining the community's appearance and safety. You'll foster a caring environment through timely follow-up and meticulous service.

Requirements

• HVAC certification required
• EPA certification Type II or Universal required
• Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
• Valid Driver's License required
