💼 About This Role

You'll develop Industrial AI solutions for manufacturing, working with real-world production data. You will translate cutting-edge AI research into scalable production systems, collaborating with scientists and engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable ML pipelines with AI Scientists.
• Own end-to-end implementation from research to production.
• Optimize model training, inference, latency, and resource usage.
• Develop monitoring, observability, and CI/CD for ML lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• BS with 6 years experience or MS/PhD with 4 years in related field.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with Python data science stack (NumPy, Pandas) and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• 3+ years building production ML infrastructure and pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience optimizing large-scale ML model training/inference.
• Deployment experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of distributed/parallel systems.
