You'll lead content performance and coding compliance for a healthcare payment accuracy platform, driving E2E quality improvement and leveraging AI-enabled solutions to scale content development. This role blends leadership with hands-on process optimization in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Content Policy Managers and Analysts.
• Research and resolve policy defects and client inquiries.
• Drive root cause analysis for continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain policy library with up-to-date coding compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare with 2-3 years in leadership.
• Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Strong understanding of claims adjudication workflows.
• Experience with performance improvement and automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPC or similar coding credential.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools like Looker.
• Familiarity with CMS 1500, EDI, and FHIR.
