💼 About This Role

You will lead the Radar Protect team, building core location infrastructure for fraud detection and compliance. You'll provide technical leadership across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks, directly impact customer success, and ship major features every week. This role is in our NYC HQ with a high-performance culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 5 engineers across multiple stacks
• Write code and review PRs as a player-coach
• Work on Radar Protect using TypeScript, Rust, React, and mobile languages
• Talk to customers and prospects to incorporate feedback

📋 Requirements

• Generalist engineering mindset, not tied to any single stack
• Experience as a hands-on engineering manager or tech lead
• Ability to contribute across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks
• Interest in talking to customers and making them successful

• Former technical co-founder
• Worked on high throughput SaaS applications

📨 Hiring Process

After a recruiter call, you'll complete a code screen, coding round, and system design via Zoom, then an onsite final round at NYC HQ.
