You'll own the end-to-end renewal process for partner-managed recurring revenue, ensuring high retention and predictable outcomes. You'll lead structured renewal governance and QBR cadences while building accurate forecasts and risk visibility. This role is a central coordination point across Channel functions, protecting revenue in a high-growth SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end renewal process for partner-managed recurring revenue
- Build and maintain accurate renewal forecasts and risk visibility
- Drive structured renewal governance and QBR cadence
- Manage partner health scoring and proactive churn mitigation
๐ Requirements
- 5-10 years in Customer Success, Partner Success, or Account Management
- Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
- Strong understanding of renewal processes, forecasting, and retention strategies
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision making

- Experience with partner channel ecosystems
