💼 About This Role

You'll join a team supporting a large federal agency's legal mission, performing legal review and FOIA request processing. You'll conduct searches, analyze documents, and redact/code responsive materials. This role offers the chance to contribute to government innovation with cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct searches and analyze result sets for responsive documents.
• Redact and code responsive documents for privilege or FOIA exemptions.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Screen documents for FOIA exemptions and privilege.

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or at least one year of ABA-accredited law school.
• At least one year of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with eDiscovery tools like Nuix or Relativity.
• Knowledge of FOIA rules and applying exemptions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Two years experience with Nuix Investigate.
• Two years FOIA processing for Federal agencies.
• Fluency in statutory guidelines for FOIA responses.
