You'll own the systems, reporting infrastructure, and analytical outputs that support FP&A leadership across 50+ cost centers. You'll blend technical system stewardship with advanced financial analysis to ensure data integrity and scalable planning tools. This role sits at the center of enterprise financial planning, enabling high-quality decision-making across Finance and cross-functional teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Support FP&A reporting and analysis needs by producing recurring dashboards and reports.
  • Build and maintain driver-based forecasting tools for multi-year planning.
  • Analyze financial trends to surface insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning).

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with financial systems or enterprise planning tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or Workday.
  • Exposure to FP&A environments or compensation modeling.
  • Nonprofit/public sector analytics experience.
