🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on recruiting, hiring, compensation, and wage and hour laws
• Manage employment-related disputes and government agency actions
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements and separation agreements
• Develop and implement compliant employment policies and programs

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 3+ years of legal experience in labor and employment law
• Experience managing litigation or disputes
• Ability to weigh legal risks and propose practical solutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Prior in-house experience with a multinational corporation
• Law firm experience
