You'll define and lead the onsite experience for a fast-growing apparel brand, driving revenue and conversion. You'll own the end-to-end merchandising strategy, from homepage to product discovery, and use data to optimize customer journeys. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Translate weekly business targets into onsite actions and priorities.
- Lead homepage, navigation, and landing page strategies.
- Optimize product discovery and conversion through merchandising tools.
- Execute end-to-end site execution for product launches and campaigns.
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years in eCommerce/site merchandising.
- Proven track record of driving conversion and revenue growth through onsite optimization.
- Experience with web analytics (GA, Amplitude or similar).
- Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
✨ Nice to Have
- Shopify experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with merchandising tools like Bloomreach.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping tools like HotJar.
