You'll define and lead the onsite experience for a fast-growing apparel brand, driving revenue and conversion. You'll own the end-to-end merchandising strategy, from homepage to product discovery, and use data to optimize customer journeys. This role offers a chance to influence cross-functional teams and shape the future of site merchandising.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Translate weekly business targets into onsite actions and priorities.
  • Lead homepage, navigation, and landing page strategies.
  • Optimize product discovery and conversion through merchandising tools.
  • Execute end-to-end site execution for product launches and campaigns.

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years in eCommerce/site merchandising.
  • Proven track record of driving conversion and revenue growth through onsite optimization.
  • Experience with web analytics (GA, Amplitude or similar).
  • Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Shopify experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with merchandising tools like Bloomreach.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping tools like HotJar.
