• Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Create lasting relationships through clienteling practices
• Execute daily store operations like stock replenishment

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including weekends
