Description
You will lead the Partner Care team, scaling support operations through third-party vendors and driving KPI delivery. You'll advocate for partners, evaluate business opportunities, and build collaborative relationships across the organization to improve customer service.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of Customer Service management experience
- 4+ years in financial services industry
- Experience managing complex operations with third-party vendors (BPO)
- Product knowledge of accounting systems (NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) preferred

- Scale servicing operations through third-party vendors (BPO)
- Develop a high-performing partner experience team with mentorship
