You'll lead high-impact design initiatives for the core product area of a Series C AI growth platform serving real estate professionals. You'll drive product strategy, elevate usability and design culture, and mentor other designers while shipping end-to-end experiences.

• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, navigating ambiguity.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and direction.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into scalable experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and velocity.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product shipping.
• Mastery of Figma and component-based workflows.
• Experience evolving scalable design systems.
