• Investigate and evaluate Errors & Omissions professional liability claims
• Analyze coverage, liability, and damages for each claim
• Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
• Manage a portfolio of diverse and complex claims

📋 Requirements

• Juris doctorate from an accredited institution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to quickly learn claims management and case tracking systems
