You will manage geriatric home care clients in the Denver area, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating communications between clients, field staff, and clinicians. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Denver area
