💼 About This Role

You'll own Wing Assistant's high-traffic website, building and optimizing landing pages as a growth engine for the company. You'll ship 50-200 pages annually, run CRO tests, and improve conversion rates end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain landing pages in WordPress/Elementor
• Run A/B tests to improve lead-to-deal conversion
• Set up event tracking with GTM and GA4
• Collaborate with Creative, SEO, and Ops teams

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years owning web presence or CRO for SaaS or services brand
• Expert-level WordPress and Elementor
• Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for customization

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Webflow or Looker Studio
• Experience with ad creative or video storyboards
• Basic SQL skills
