Description

You'll manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. You'll lead the preparation of financial statements, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• CPA license
• 6+ years of public accounting or private industry experience
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge in US GAAP
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience implementing and improving business processes and systems

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual preparation of consolidated and entity-only financial statements
• Manage regulatory reporting for regulated entities
• Provide technical accounting guidance and disclosure recommendations for complex transactions
• Design and implement controls over financial reporting
• Serve as primary liaison between accounting, finance, and business for new initiatives
