Description

You will build the infrastructure that makes AI-powered analytics trustworthy and scalable at Airtable. You'll shape context layers, evaluation frameworks, and adoption strategies for internal AI analytics tools, helping the organization self-serve data insights with confidence.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of professional experience
• SQL proficiency and experience with modern data tools (dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
• Curiosity about LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI tooling
• Bias toward building and prototyping
• Strong written communication skills for context engineering

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain context infrastructure like business glossaries and semantic layer definitions
• Design and run evaluation frameworks and accuracy benchmarks for AI-generated insights
• Build and orchestrate AI agent systems including prompt pipelines and query routing
• Develop internal AI tooling and workflows to improve team efficiency
• Drive cross-functional adoption and surface insights from usage patterns
