You'll support veterinary professionals using the Vetcove platform for supply ordering. You'll provide excellent customer experience through live chat, email, and phone. You'll help modernize the veterinary industry with a mission-driven team backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions effectively
• Handle admin tasks like account management and credit approvals
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and partner teams

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of relevant customer-facing work experience
• 2-year Associates Degree or 4-year College Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage concurrent responsibilities
