You'll work with customers in Europe and the Middle East to deploy and integrate BigID's data security and AI data management platform. You'll drive customer adoption and deliver ongoing value through implementation and training. This role is key to ensuring smooth rollouts in enterprise environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather technical requirements from client stakeholders
• Plan and deploy solution components for customer environments
• Coordinate with internal and client teams for smooth rollouts
• Deliver technical training to diverse audiences

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level IT experience with 3+ years in customer-facing roles
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments
• Advanced problem identification and system architecture skills
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, or other databases
• Scripting skills in bash, Java, or Python
• Experience working with European and Middle Eastern customers
