You'll lead financial operations at an early-stage marketplace startup, owning the company's financial foundation and building scalable systems. You'll collaborate directly with founders to shape strategy and ensure financial integrity as the company scales. This role stands out for its high impact and path to finance leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial statements and month-end close using QuickBooks Online
• Manage the full lifecycle of marketplace infrastructure and funds flow
• Build scalable accounting, reporting, and forecasting systems
• Monitor cash flow and optimize liquidity across accounts

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accrual accounting including AP/AR
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and build processes

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CPA-track
• Experience in marketplaces, fintech, or transaction-heavy businesses
• Experience at an early-stage startup building finance processes
