You'll provide global technical support for Conga CRM products, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Your work ensures customers stay productive and satisfied, directly impacting customer retention and business success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues with Conga products
• Identify root cause and resolve customer-reported problems
• Handle errors and user issues in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues as needed to ensure SLA compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of technical support experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce workflows, security, and permissions
• Experience with SQL, Java, or .Net
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Programming skills in Visual Basic or C#
• Experience with advanced SQL scripting
• Understanding of system integrations and cross-application effects
