💼 About This Role

You'll drive Brooks product sales revenue and margin across Norway, managing sell-in and sell-through for footwear, apparel, and accessories. You'll lead field support strategies to increase market share, amplify product leadership, and build brand loyalty. This remote role offers the chance to represent a leading running brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Meet yearly revenue plans for footwear, apparel and accessories for your territory.
  • Enter future booking orders through proprietary web-based tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop yearly marketing plans.
  • Lead field support efforts including product launches and in-store merchandising.
  • Represent Brooks at running events, fairs, and expos.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of footwear and apparel sales experience.
  • Specialty retail (running) experience of at least one year.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and business English.
  • 70% travel required.
