💼 About This Role

You'll own financial models across forecasting, GTM planning, and cost analysis for a high-growth AI startup. Your work directly influences decisions across Sales, RevOps, and leadership. This role blends analytical rigor with operational impact in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build financial models for revenue, headcount, and cost analysis
• Prepare Board and investor reporting with variance analysis
• Create dashboards for real-time visibility into key metrics
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on GTM planning and CAC tracking

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in finance with investment banking, FP&A, or strategic finance
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Experience with Board and investor reporting in a startup
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV

• Experience with AI tools for finance
• M&A or fundraising experience
