Description
You will lead the internal rollout of ClickUp, migrating workflows from SmartSheet, creating user documentation, and eventually transitioning to client-facing tasks. This contract role has the opportunity to convert to full-time after 6 months.
Requirements
- Mid-level professional experience.
- Strong, hands-on expertise with ClickUp, specifically highlighting experience with automation, the bulk action toolbar, dashboards, and public sharing features.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a comfort level with eventually speaking directly to clients.
- Ability to clearly document processes (formal technical writing experience is not required).
Responsibilities
- Lead internal implementation efforts for the new ClickUp platform, working collaboratively with our team and the external vendor.
- Execute data migration by transferring existing workflows and data from legacy systems (SmartSheet) into ClickUp.
- Create user documentation, developing simple step-by-step guides with screenshots to train new employees on the finalized ClickUp processes.
- Transition to client engagement (post-rollout/full-time conversion) to fulfill vendor assessment requests, communicating with clients via email and phone.
