🎯 What You'll Do

• Support sales process optimization from opportunity to close
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and data accuracy in Salesforce
• Support customer lifecycle processes (onboarding, renewal, expansion)
• Build dashboards for pipeline health and customer lifecycle metrics

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related roles
• Hands-on experience supporting sales or customer success teams
• Experience with Salesforce CRM administration and pipeline management
• Familiarity with Gong and Vitally or similar revenue tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and BI tools like Metabase
• Exposure to automation or AI-enabled revenue tools
