As a Clinical Laboratory Associate, you will assist daily lab operations by performing plasma and buffy coat isolations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to make life-changing diagnostics accessible to all.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology or related life sciences field
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Nice-to-have: molecular biology lab experience

Responsibilities

• Perform plasma and buffy coat isolations per SOPs
• Maintain equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance
• Clean labware, equipment, and benches
• Prepare reagents for laboratory preparation
• Document corrective actions for test system deviations
