You'll own net-new revenue across mid-market accounts in the DACH region, working directly with the CEO and GTM leadership to shape how Secfix sells into larger customers. Your core impact will be driving consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close, engaging senior decision-makers like CTO, CISO, and CIO. This is a high-impact role with real influence on scaling into larger, regulated customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and drive net-new revenue across mid-market accounts in DACH
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-sized companies
  • Build and maintain pipeline through outbound and inbound opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, legal, onboarding, and domain experts

  • 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS with mid-market focus
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting quota on complex deals
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions
  • Fluent in German and English with ability to communicate complex topics

  • Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g. financial services, healthtech)
  • Experience in an early-stage startup (Seed - Series B)
