You'll build predictive models and AI-powered decision systems to scale the wealth platform. This role blends deep analytics leadership with hands-on AI/ML implementation for measurable business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define analytics and decision intelligence roadmap aligned with business goals
• Translate business problems into structured analytical frameworks
• Build models for churn, propensity, LTV, and anomaly detection
• Lead experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in analytics, with 5+ years in fintech/broking
• Experience building AI/ML models in production
• Deep expertise in financial markets and trading behavior
• Leadership of analytics teams and cross-functional collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with derivatives and margin analytics
• Hands-on experience with GenAI or AI copilots
• Published work or speaking engagements in analytics/AI
