Description

Lead complex land development projects from concept through construction, manage and mentor engineering teams, and support business development in North Carolina. You will coordinate with senior leadership, develop site layouts, grading, hydrology, and utility designs while driving project success through effective budget and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development projects from concept through final design and construction support
• Manage and mentor engineers and designers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
• Serve as a Seller/Doer by supporting business development, proposals, and client relationships
• Coordinate closely with Senior Project Managers, Group Managers, and Division leadership
• Develop site layouts, grading, hydrology, and utility designs that meet client and regulatory requirements
• Drive project success through effective budget, schedule, and quality control
• Play a key role in the growth of the practice, with opportunity to advance into a Group Manager role
