๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive lead generation and move-ins from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your territory. As the face of A Place for Mom, you'll build relationships with healthcare professionals to help families find senior care. You'll leverage CRM reports to manage your pipeline and pilot new initiatives.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Generate daily qualified patient referrals from assigned market plan accounts.
- Develop and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume.
- Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and service presentations.
- Work with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to deliver move-in targets.
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience with exceptional prospecting abilities.
- Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry.
- Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams.
โจ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
