You'll lead the finance and accounting functions for an AI operating layer for wealth, partnering directly with the CEO and COO. Your insights will drive financial strategy and operating discipline across FP&A, cap tables, and M&A. This role offers real ownership and the chance to scale a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead finance and accounting functions including FP&A, cap tables, and reporting.
• Develop and present analysis of budgets, variances, KPIs, and financial trends.
• Evaluate and execute financial aspects of alliances, acquisitions, and investments.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years leading finance and accounting in a lean SaaS or AI startup.
• Direct experience in FP&A.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating complex software license agreements with large enterprise customers.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and be comfortable with ambiguity.
