💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with adults with developmental disabilities to help them cultivate essential skills for employment, volunteering, education, and community participation. You'll empower individuals to lead more independent lives through person-centered instruction and community activities. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact while collaborating with a dedicated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered instruction through planned community activities.
• Support individuals in accessing community resources and strengthening skills.
• Take individuals on community outings and document progress.
• Redirect inappropriate behaviors and facilitate positive resolutions.

📋 Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
• CPR Certification and recent TB test (or willingness to obtain).
• Pass state and federal fingerprint background check.
