You'll own the digital surface area for three brands (LMN, Greenius, SingleOps), managing paid media strategy and performance reporting. You'll be hands-on with platforms, build forecast models, and translate data into actionable recommendations. This is a senior IC role on a fast-moving demand gen team with real budgets and measurable impact.
π― What You'll Do
- Own paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn
- Build and maintain forecasting models for paid media planning
- Perform weekly performance analysis and variance investigation
- Run CRO experiment program to optimize conversion paths
- Maintain landing page template library across HubSpot and WordPress
π Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Expertise in paid media platforms (Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn)
- Proven ability to build forecasting models and analyze performance data
- Experience with CRO and landing page optimization
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing attribution
- Knowledge of SEO technical foundations (Core Web Vitals, schema)
