💼 About This Role

You'll join Vectra's MXDR team to monitor, investigate, and analyze cyber threats. You'll develop hands-on experience with NDR, EDR, and cloud security tools while supporting alert triage, threat validation, and incident response. This customer-facing role offers continuous learning through training, CTFs, and threat research.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and triage security alerts across customer environments
• Assist in investigating suspicious activity and indicators of compromise
• Support senior analysts during active incident response activities
• Document investigation findings, timelines, and remediation guidance

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S)
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
• Exposure to security technologies like SIEM, EDR, or firewalls

✨ Nice to Have

• Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) events or cyber ranges
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, Network+, or CySA+
