You will lead the commercial strategy and sales for our AI Training and Human Data business, driving six- and seven-figure deals with top AI labs and tech companies. This high-impact role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with AI labs or technology companies
  • Ability to bridge business development and technical productization

Responsibilities

  • Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing seven-figure-plus deals
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for AI data offerings targeting foundation model providers and big tech
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to translate expert network into scalable data products
